Bikram Yoga Beginning Series classes run for 90 minutes and always consist of 26 postures, namely a fixed sequence of 24 asanas and two pranayama (breathing exercise).
Tribalance Hot Yoga, created in Schaumburg, Illinois by Corey Kelly and Shawnda Falvo in 2007, is based on Bikram and Yin Yoga; it does not have a fixed series [Effects of yoga on women](https://calmlife.click/yoga/tac-dung-cua-tap-yoga-voi-phu-nu-n313.html "Effects of yoga on women") asanas, and emphasises the meditational aspect of yoga.
