The ASCO 8215B70 is a 1.5-inch normally closed shutoff valve designed to provide dependable fluid control in a variety of HVAC applications. The valve stays closed when de-energized, preventing the flow of liquids or gasses. When 120V AC power is applied, the valve opens and permits flow. It is appropriate for a variety of HVAC equipment, including air compressors, chillers, and hydronic systems, due to its small size and 0–25 PSI pressure rating.
